On Saturday 12th May 2018, Carers Trust Scotland worked with the Empowering Professional to Support Young Carers Youth Advisory group to help plan forward it’s multiplier event in June 2018. These young people will also help to run the event and will present on their experiences as young adult carers to the professionals attending.
