On Saturday 12th May 2018, Carers Trust Scotland worked with the Empowering Professional to Support Young Carers Youth Advisory group to help plan forward it’s multiplier event in June 2018.

Diakonisches Werk Berlin Stadtmitte e.V – In November 2017 we were invited to present the EPYC project on a Young Carers conference organized by “wir pflegen e.V. AG JUMP” in Hamburg. The conference was open to the public and was well attended.

Carers Trust Scotland were delighted to work with the Empowering Professionals to Support Young Carers in Scotland youth advisory group to help them consider their future and Realize their own unique Potential.
